Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns up to 7 days after the products are received on all items as long as they are in the same condition in which they were shipped. For more information view our Return Policy here.

Q: How do I go about returning a package?
A: Click here to access our Return Policy. You will be taken to a page with instructions for how to return merchandise and a link to a printable return/exchange sheet we ask you include with your return.
Q: Can you ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes?
A: Our policy is to only ship to a physical address. We can ship to any building, including your house, apartment, office, etc.
Q: Can you ship overseas?
A: No, unfortunately we do not ship overseas at this time. Currently we only ship to the continental 48 United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: You can always track your package by going to your account page and review the shipping status in the Order/Billing section at the bottom of the page. Once your package is shipped out you will receive an email that will include your tracking number.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: It usually takes about 1-2 business days to process an order and then 1-6 business days for shipping (depending on your location). Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday.
*However, due to increased volume during the winter holiday seasons, it could take 3-5 business days to process an order.

Q: I found out one of the items I ordered is on backorder, what now?
A: You will be notified via e-mail when an item is backordered and then you have 3 options.

When the backordered item becomes available, we will charge your account (for the item only) and ship it to you. You will not be charged for the item until we ship it to you. If part of your order has already been shipped, you will not be charged additional shipping charges on backordered items as they become available.

You can replace the backordered item with another item that we currently have in stock.

You can cancel the item off of your order.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: No. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate a personal pickup of the merchandise, and in many cases the products ship from other parts of the United States.

Q: Are the shipping times and processing times the same for bigger items?
A: No. These items generally come directly from the manufacturer and often take 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. The website should indicate if the item will take an extended amount of time. You will also receive an e-mail from customer service telling you if there will be a delay. If you are still unsure about processing or shipping times please contact customer service.
A: A Pre-Order item is an item we have not yet received but are taking orders for. You may order a pre-order along with other products in one order. If your order contains a pre-order item as well as other items we will charge you for the other times (not the pre-order item) and ship your order. Once the pre-order item becomes available we will ship it to you. The date of availability will be displayed on the product page of the pre-order item. You will not be charged additional shipping for the pre-order item once it is shipped. You will not be charged for the pre-order item until it ships.
